Prosecutors in Georgia and Illinois are reportedly looking into allegations made against singer R Kelly in a docu-series that aired last week on U.S. cable channel Lifetime.
A lawyer for one of the women featured in Surviving R Kelly said Tuesday that the Fulton County District Attorney in Georgia is investigating the R&B star. Gerald Griggs said he was asked to provide a list of people who may have witnessed alleged incidents at Kelly’s home in an Atlanta suburb in 2017.
A spokesperson for the District Attorney’s office declined to comment, according to reports.
