A rape charge against Nelly has been dropped, according to a report on Wednesday.
TMZ said prosecutors ditched the case because the alleged victim refused to cooperate.
Nelly was arrested in October after a woman called 911 claiming the rapper sexually assaulted her in his tour bus while in Auburn, Washington.
The "Hot In Herre" star, whose real name is Cornell Haynes Jr., was on tour with Florida Georgia Line at the time.
His lawyer had called the allegation “completely fabricated.”
