BTS star RM revealed the title and release date of his first solo album on Thursday.
Indigo will drop on Dec. 2 at midnight.
“Indigo recounts the stories and experiences RM has gone through, like a diary,” reads a description in a press release from Big Hit Music. “The album will present a different charm of RM with various featured artists.”
The names of the featured artists have not yet been announced.
RM, 28, released mixtapes in 2015 and 2018. His solo debut album comes out a little more than a month after BTS mate Jin released a solo single, “The Astronaut.”
According to Big Hit Music, Jin has started the process of enlisting in the South Korean military to complete his mandatory service. “Other members of the group plan to carry out their military service based on their own individual plans,” it said in a statement. “Both the company and the members of BTS are looking forward to reconvening as a group again around 2025 following their service commitment.”
The remaining members of BTS announced in June that they are taking a break.
