Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, which was both shot and set in Toronto, is marking its 10th anniversary with a limited-edition box set.
The Seven Evil Exes Edition features four vinyl picture discs with the soundtrack and score plus an additional 24 minutes of music – including performances by the film’s fictional band Sex Bob-Omb, demos from Beck and Brie Larson’s version of Canadian band Metric’s “Black Sheep.”
The set also comes with notes from director Edgar Wright and score composer Nigel Godrich, a poster and a colouring page with artwork by Scott Pilgrim creator Bryan Lee O’Malley.
The Seven Evil Exes Edition is available now for pre-order (priced at roughly $191 CAD) and is scheduled to ship on March 26.
Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, starring homegrown actor Michael Cera, was filmed in Toronto in 2009. It was a box office flop, grossing just $48 million U.S. worldwide.
