Selena Gomez and her colleagues Alisha Boe and Tommy Dorfman got matching tattoos over the weekend in honour of their project 13 Reasons Why.
Gomez, Boe, and Dorman got semicolon tattoos on their forearms in reference to suicide prevention and mental health awareness, which are two heavy topics addressed on the show.
The Netflix drama follows Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette) in his quest to uncover the story behind his crush, Hannah (Katherine Langford), and her decision to end her life.

Gomez served as an executive producer of 13 Reasons Why based on Jay Asher's 2007 young adult novel. The singer, who also covered Yazoo's 1982 electropop hit "Only You" for the show, has referred to 13 Reasons Why as a "passion project" she worked on with her mother.
