Man, that felt like a moment!
Shania Twain debuted her new song, “Life’s About To Get Good,” on Saturday night at the Stagecoach festival in California.
“I wrote this song about the good and bad in life and how important it is to have both,” the 51-year-old Canadian superstar told the crowd.
“We got to take the good with the bad, right? No pain, no gain.”
Twain was talking — and singing — about what she went through upon learning that her husband Robert “Mutt” Lange was romantically involved with her friend. (They split up and Twain married the woman’s ex-husband.)
“I wasn’t just broken / I was shattered,” Twain sang at the beginning of “Life’s About To Get Good,” which is the first single from an album expected in September. “I trusted you so much / You’re all that mattered … It killed me that you’d give your life to be with her.”

Twain’s Stagecoach appearance was packed with her hits, including “Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?,” “Don’t Be Stupid,” “From This Moment On” and “That Don’t Impress Me Much.”
Twain brought out Nick Jonas to duet on “Party For Two” and Kelsey Ballerini to do “Any Man of Mine.”
She ended her set with “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!”
Twain told the crowd it felt nice to be on stage. “I’ve been very busy in the studio making new music, being a mom, being a wife, all these other hats.”
