Canada’s Shawn Mendes, Alessia Cara and Justin Bieber are among the nominees for this year’s Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.
Mendes is up for Favourite Male Artist against Bruno Mars, DJ Khaled, Ed Sheeran, Luis Fonsi and Kendrick Lamar.
Mendes won the award last year (and won Favourite New Artist in 2016).
Cara is vying for Favourite Breakout Artist with Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Harry Styles, Khalid and Noah Cyrus.
Bieber’s name shows up twice in the Favourite Song category, where the “Despacito” remix and DJ Khaled’s “I’m The One” are nominated.
Voting in music categories begins March 5. The awards will be handed out March 24 in Los Angeles.
