Shawn Mendes represented Canada as music stars gathered in London on Saturday to celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s 92nd birthday.
“What an honour,” the 19-year-old singer tweeted. “Such an incredible night.”
Mendes performed his new single "In My Blood" in front of the queen and members of the royal family, including Prince Charles, Prince William and Prince Harry (with fiancée Meghan Markle), at Royal Albert Hall.
Also part of the show were Kylie Minogue, Sting with Shaggy, Anne-Marie, Craig David and Tom Jones.
Proceeds from the event, which was broadcast live in the UK, support The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, a new charity headed by Prince Harry.
