Is this the beginning of the end for Fleetwood Mac? In a new interview with Rolling StoneFleetwood Mac frontwoman Stevie Nicks said, “I don’t think we’ll do another record.”

The singer only wrapped a solo tour this past December, but has already lined up more dates with the legendary band.

On recording new music with her group mates, Nicks expanded: “If the music business were different, I might feel different. I don’t think there’s any reason to spend a year and an amazing amount of money on a record that, even if it has great things, isn’t going to sell.”

The singer, 68, added, “What we do is go on the road, do a ton of shows and make lots of money. We have a lot of fun. Making a record isn't all that much fun.”

Does that mean a Fleetwood Mac reunion is out the window? “I will be back with them at the end of the year for, I think, another tour,” Nicks said. “I just needed my two years off.”

The rock group is currently gearing up to co-headline the Classic East and Classic West this summer in Los Angeles and New York alongside The Eagles, Earth, Wind & Fire and Steely Dan, among others.
