Canadian bands Simple Plan and Sum 41 were officially announced Thursday as being part of the final Van’s Warped Tour this summer.

The tour kicks off June 21 in Ponoma, California and ends Aug. 5 in West Palm Beach, Florida. There is only one Canadian stop – July 17 at The Flats at Budweiser Stage.

The line-up also includes 3OH!3, Deez Nuts and We The Kings. Silverstein is among the acts that will play only select dates – including Toronto.

Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman announced last year that the 2018 edition would be the last due to changes in the summer festival business, a shrinking pool of bands, and declining ticket sales.

Simple Plan has played Warped Tour 11 times since 1999 and Sum 41 has done seven since 2001.

Other Canadian acts that have been part of the festival in its history include Bedouin Soundclash, Bif Naked, Billy Talent, illScarlett and K-os.
