It’s all about “ME!”
The song from Taylor Swift featuring Panic! At The Disco’s Brendon Urie, released on Friday, had the biggest debut of any music video on YouTube by a female artist and a solo artist.
“ME!” was viewed 65.2 million times in its first 24 hours, according to YouTube.
Swift beat Ariana Grande, whose “thank u, next” debuted last November with 55 million views.
Overall, “ME!” had the second-best debut on YouTube of any music video – topped only by “Boy With Luv” by BTS ft. Halsey (74.6 million).
In 2017, Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do” counted 43.2 million views in its first 24 hours on YouTube, making it the sixth biggest debut for a music video on the platform.
“ME!,” directed by Dave Meyers and Swift, will kick off the week topping 100 million views.
