Months before she was born, Katy Perry’s daughter Daisy Dove received a one-of-a-kind gift from Taylor Swift.
“Miss adores her hand embroidered blankie from miss @taylorswift ,” Perry captioned a photo on Instagram that she tagged "Stream Folklore" – the name of Swift's new album. "hope it’s one she drags around for years till it becomes an unrecognizable shred that she keeps in her pocket as a teenager.”
Crafty Swift sent the gift back in early May. Perry and fiancé Orlando Bloom welcomed their first child together last month.
The pink silk blanket has “2020” embroidered in the top left corner, three stars in the top right corner and a flower and the words “Baby Bloom” in the bottom right corner.
Perry did not share a full view of Swift’s handwritten note but it appears to start with: “Katy and Orlando, When I was a baby, my most prized possession was a tiny silk blanket.”
