A 58-year-old man has told police in New Hampshire that he is Taylor Swift’s boyfriend and needs a gun to protect her.

The unidentified man reportedly bragged to officers that he was dating the pop superstar – and even showed off text conversations he claimed were between he and Swift.

TMZ reported that the man allegedly told police that he wanted a gun so he can protect Swift in Africa. (It’s not known why he believes she will be there.)

He was not detained because he has not committed a crime – but police want Swift’s reps to know about the man.

The “Look What You Made Me Do” singer was stalked in early 2017 by a man at her New York City condo building and by a man in Rhode Island who said he wanted to marry her.
