Terri Clark has gone back to her roots -- musically and personally -- for her latest tour.
“It’s a tour I’ve never done before in Canada,” Clark told the Toronto Sun of the 40-city acoustic Back to My Roots Solo Tour, which includes interactions with the audience.
"It’s a lot of storytelling, joking, very raw personal experience with the audience," she explained. There's a Q&A,too.
Currently living in Nashville, the multiple Canadian Country Music Association Award winner has played all across Canada since debuting in the mid-90s but this time it's just her Clark and her guitar.
"It’s about an anthology of my career and my catalogue up to this point," she told the Sun. "Canada’s been so good to me, my home country, and I want to give a little bit more back."
