The members of ‘90s pop group The Moffatts were photographed together this past weekend in Tennessee.
“Got the old band together,” read the caption on a photo Clint Moffatt shared on Instagram. It shows him posing with brothers Scott, Bob and Dave.
The Moffatts, who had hits like “Girl Of My Dreams,” “Miss You Like Crazy” and “I’ll Be There For You,” were celebrating the life of their mother Darlana Rohr, who died on March 6 after a battle with cancer. She was 64.
Originally from B.C., the band of brothers started as a country act when they were kids and became one of Canada’s most successful pop groups with the release of 1998’s Chapter I: A New Beginning and hits like “I’ll Be There For You,” “Girl Of My Dreams” and “Misery.”
Their follow-up album, 2000’s Submodalities, spawned the hit “Bang Bang Boom.”
The Moffatts won several JUNO Awards, including Best Pop Album and Best Group. The band broke up in the summer of 2001.
All four are still working in the music business. Bob and Clint, both now 39, perform as Music Travel Love and Dave, also 39, regularly shares covers on social media. Scott, who turns 40 later this month, has produced music for artists like country star Luke Combs.
The brothers, minus Dave, reunited in 2017 for a series of concerts in the Philippines, where The Moffatts remain one of the top-selling international acts.
