The Offspring announced this week they will be performing inside the multiplayer online game World of Tanks beginning Sept. 18.
“The game has never seen anything like this before,” read a tweet from the band, “so we're excited to be the first!”
The Offspring is not the first rock band to perform inside a game, though. Korn did a mini-concert in AdventureQuest 3D and AQ Worlds last month.
Fans who prefer to see The Offspring perform live in person can catch them on a cross-Canada tour with Sum 41 from Nov. 12 to Dec. 2.
