Thomas Rhett was in the spotlight Sunday night at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
The 26-year-old country superstar performed “Star Of The Show” during the live show and was named Country Artist of the Year.

“This is very cool! Thank you guys so much for this,” Rhett said of the award.
“My wife is 18 weeks pregnant right now, and so this is also our unborn daughter’s first awards show, so that’s pretty rad.”
Later, on Twitter, Rhett described his night as “insanity.”
Rhett was presented with his trophy by Kelsea Ballerini, who won Best New Country Artist in the pre-show.
Winners in other country music categories were Dierks Bentley for Country Song of the Year (“Somewhere On a Beach”) and Chris Stapleton for Country Album of the Year (Traveller).
