Canadian country star Tim Hicks is giving back to his community.
Four schools in Hicks’ hometown region are sharing $15,000 worth of musical instruments — including ukuleles, acoustic guitars, a variety of percussion instruments and a portable digital piano.
Hicks is helping Niagara Conservatory of Music owner Greg Wierzcholski hand over the instruments on Dec. 19 to students at Oakridge Public Elementary and St. Peter Catholic Elementary in Niagara Falls, Ont. as well as Connaught Public Elementary in St. Catharines and Saint Martin Catholic Elementary in Smithville.
Three students in the Conservatory’s Music Gives program will also receive instruments of their own.
Wierzcholski enlisted Hicks to help give away instruments last year to students at three schools in the area. Watch it all go down below:
