The Foo Fighters have brought a lot of fans up on stage during their live shows – but few have rocked it like 10-year-old Collier Cash Rule.
The Kansas City kid joined Dave Grohl and the rest of the band during a stop in the city on Friday night.
Rule, it turns out, is more of a Metallica fan. He played guitar while Grohl sang “Enter Sandman” and then showed off a bit of “Welcome Home (Sanitarium).”
Grohl was impressed. “He already knows more than we do,” he said.
As if performing in front of thousands of people wasn’t enough, Rule was allowed to keep the guitar. “If I see that s**t on eBay next week, I’m going to find you,” Grohl warned.
Among those cheering for Rule was his mother, who told local media that he started playing guitar when he was given his first electric guitar two years ago.
