From one Mississippi girl to another.Faith Hill invited one of her youngest fans backstage at a recent Soul2Soul World Tour stop, and cameras were there to capture the once-in-a-lifetime serenade that happened next.
The country star got on her knees to sing face-to-face with Rosie, a native of Mississippi who sent Faith a video of herself performing the singer’s 2005 smash “Mississippi Girl.”“You just made my day when I saw your little video. You’re precious,” Faith told Rosie before they sang the song that hit No. 1 before the young fan was even born.“Was so sweet to meet & sing with Rosie, a fellow Mississippi Girl. #soul2soul #speaktoagirl,” Faith captioned a clip of the moment on Instagram.
