The members of KISS reunited recently with former lead guitarist Ace Frehley during the annual KISS Kruise.
Frehley, who left the band in 1982 and again in 2001, performed an acoustic set of four songs, including the KISS tracks “Rock and Roll All Nite” and “Nothing to Lose.”
It was the first time the original four KISS members were on stage together since their 2014 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame – and the first time they’ve performed together in 17 years.

“This is great, this is so great,” Frehley said on stage. “Thank you guys for inviting me up.”
Paul Stanley returned the love. “All this couldn’t have happened if we hadn’t happened,” he said. “We started this.”
Also on stage was former KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick.
The KISS Kruise – sailing from Miami to Key West and Nassau – ends Nov. 5 and then the band will prepare to launch its End of the Road World Tour in Vancouver in January.
