Beyoncé made a surprise appearance on Thursday night’s Disney Family Singalong, a one-hour special to raise awareness of COVID-19 relief efforts that streamed right here on iHeartRadio.
“I’d like to dedicate this song to all the health care workers who have been working tirelessly to keep us healthy and safe,” the superstar said. “We greatly appreciate you.”
Beyoncé then sang “When You Wish Upon a Star” from Disney’s 1940 adaptation of Pinnochio, accompanied by piano.

“Please hold on to your families, tight. Please be safe. Don’t give up hope,” she said at the end of her performance. "We’re going to get through this. I promise.”
Previously announced performers on the special included Ariana Grande harmonizing with herself on “I Won’t Say (I’m In Love)” from 1997’s Hercules and Christina Aguilera doing “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” from the 1994 version of The Lion King.
The Disney Family Singalong ended with Michael Bublé, at his Vancouver home, sharing “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes,” from 1950’s Cinderella, with Demi Lovato at her L.A. home.
