Demi Lovato put her spin on Sam Smith's "Too Good at Goodbyes" when she stopped by BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge – and the four-minute cover is a perfect example of how she can out-sing many of her pop peers.
Lovato is backed by a full band and two singers. But, unlike some of her own cuts, the 25-year-old refrains from doing too much and gives the hit song just enough of her own pizazz.

Elsewhere during the broadcast, Lovato spilled on the British chart-topper, sharing nothing but positive words for the singer. "He's such a sweetheart,” she gushed. “I’m dying to collaborate with him.”
