Endless Summer – brothers Bob and Clint Moffatt – debuted a video last week in which they showcase both their song “Lost in Your Love” and the beauty of Bali.
Two-thirds of a set of triplets from B.C., they went back to their country roots several years ago by moving to Nashville. They and brothers Scott and Dave started playing country music together as kids but found fame in Canada as pop band The Moffatts.
“Nobody wanted to hear country music from 10- and 11-year-olds,” Bob told iHeartRadio.ca in 2016. “So as we grew up our music style changed and we entered the pop world and it worked for us and we had a lot of success.”
Endless Summer came about almost by accident. “We were just kind of singing songs together, not really looking to do anything with it,” recalled Clint, “and all of a sudden we were introduced to a couple of people that really guided us in the direction of some great things.”
In recent years the pair has released several original tracks, including “Amen For Women,” and has shared videos on YouTube of their covers of everything from Dan + Shay’s “Tequila” and Sam Hunt’s “Body Like a Back Road” to pop songs like “…Baby One More Time” by Britney Spears and Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect.”
