Gwen Stefani had a pair of wardrobe malfunctions on the opening night of her Las Vegas residency.

At Wednesday’s performance at Zappos Theater in the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, a backup dancers wasn’t able to remove Stefani’s corset on cue.

The pop star stopped the music and turned to the audience for help. “Someone get up here and take this s**t off me right now,” she said, inviting two young girls up on stage.

“This is the very first time this has ever happened to me,” Stefani said. “Actually, I crapped my pants one time in the crotch.”

Lucky for us, a fan captured the moment on camera:

At another point in the show, a dancer struggled to attach a cape on Stefani.

The Just A Girl show featured Stefani’s greatest hits, including “Hollaback Girl” and “The Sweet Escape” as well as No Doubt tracks like “Don’t Speak” and “Hey Baby.” She also performed Rihanna’s “Umbrella” and the Blondie classic “The Tide Is High.”

“I can’t believe I’m in Vegas right now! Thank you for all the love we’ve experienced all the years, thank you for all the cheers, thank you for letting me share my life story with you,” Stefani told the crowd at the end of the show.
