Halsey debuted the video for “Alone” late last week – and it was clearly inspired by Baz Luhrmann’s 1996 film Romeo + Juliet.
Directed by the singer and Hannah Lux, the video opens with Halsey entering a “Celebration of Death” in a theatre.
The track is from Halsey’s sophomore album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom but this version features contributions from Big Sean and Stefflon Don.
Halsey will perform July 8 in Montreal.
