Harry Styles teamed up with country star Kacey Musgraves last week to perform a classic from Canada’s Shania Twain.
Styles was in concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden when he brought Musgraves – his opening act – on stage. “We’re gonna sing one of my personal favourites,” the British singer told the crowd.
He and Musgraves then launched into “You’re Still The One,” Twain’s 1998 hit.
Styles, who was only three years old when the song came out on Twain’s album Come On Over, has previously lauded the Canadian country-pop star as “amazing.” Musgraves has also named Twain as an early influence.
Twain’s world tour stops in Ottawa on Monday, followed by dates in Montreal, Quebec, Hamilton, London and Toronto through July 7.
