Justin Bieber went back to his busker roots on Tuesday while in London.
The Canadian pop star sat on the edge of a fountain outside Buckingham Palace, pulled out his guitar, and sang “Cold Water,” his 2016 collaboration with Major Lazer, as well as covers of Tracy Chapman's "Fast Car" and the Oasis hit "Wonderwall."

“I'm just sitting on a fountain outside Buckingham Palace when some big black cars stop right in front of me and some kid in a pink hoodie gets out with a guitar,” tweeted Anthony C. Beale, who shared photos of the crowd that gathered. “Turns out to be Justin Bieber and he starts serenading his Mrs.”
We still don’t know if she’s Bieber’s “Mrs.” but Hailey Baldwin was indeed among those watching him perform – even capturing some of it on her iPhone. Baldwin is in London to attend Fashion Week.
"That girl right there is the love of my life," Bieber told the crowd watching him serenade her.
Bieber got his start performing on a street in Stratford, Ont., where he grew up.
