Justin Timberlake has unveiled a timely video for “Supplies,” the second single from his forthcoming album Man of the Woods.
Directed by Dave Meyers (Kendrick Lamar’s “HUMBLE.”), the clip starts by showing Timberlake watching depressing news on a bunch of TV screens. It morphs into a post-apocalyptic world and, in the end, turns out to be not as it seems.
The video includes song collaborator Pharrell Williams (it’s their first since 2002) and Mexican singer Eiza González Reyna.
“Supplies” follows the release of “Filthy.” The pop star plans to release another video each week leading up to the album’s debut on Feb. 2.
Timberlake performs the Super Bowl halftime show on Feb. 3. On March 13, he kicks off his Man of the Woods tour in Toronto (with a stop in Montreal for two shows in April).
