Katy Perry did not let her pregnancy get in the way of having a dance party during iHeartRadio’s Can’t Cancel Pride streaming special on Thursday night.
The pop star decorated herself with rainbows to perform a colourful Oliver Helden remix of her new single “Daisies” that incorporated bits of past hits like “I Kissed A Girl” and “Swish Swish.”
Perry was one of several artists on the one-hour show that raised funds for five LGBTQ+ organizations impacted by COVID-19 as well as the National Black Justice Coalition.
Sia, Adam Lambert, Ricky Martin, Ben Platt, Kim Petras, Big Freedia and Melissa Etheridge also contributed performances. Can’t Cancel Pride ended with a tribute to the 20th anniversary of Hedwig and the Angry Inch that featured Neil Patrick Harris, Darren Criss and Andrew Rannells.
