Kesha has a lot of fans – but Jerry Seinfeld isn’t one of them.
The 63-year-old comedian dissed the 30-year-old pop singer on Monday night when she asked him for a hug while he was doing a red carpet interview.
“I’m Kesha. I love you so much! Can I give you a hug?,” Kesha said.
“No thanks, no,” Seinfeld replied, taking a step back.
When Kesha moved in for “a little one,” Seinfeld put even more distance between them. “Yeah, no thanks,” he said.
When the rejected pop star walked away, Seinfeld told Fresh FM reporter Tommy McFly: “I don’t know who that was.
“Well, I wish her all the best.”
The awkward exchange went down at the David Lynch Foundation’s National Night of Laughter and Song, in support of veterans and at-risk children. Kesha performed at the event.
