A marching band in Philadelphia is getting worldwide attention after performing the BTS hit “Idol” this past weekend.
The Temple University Diamond Band covered the Korean boy band’s track during the school’s homecoming festivities, accompanied by flag-bearers and a lone baton swirler.
At one point in the performance, the marching band’s musicians formed the BTS logo on the field.
The highlight, though, was when everyone down their instruments and flags (and the baton), shouted “You can’t stop me loving myself!” and did the #IdolChallenge choreography featured in the song’s video.
The Temple bands have previously performed pop hits by the likes of Ed Sheeran, Rihanna, and Imagine Dragons. Last year, they covered One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful."
