Rascal Flatts have gone back to their roots in the video for their new single “Yours If You Want It.”
The country group appears at the Hermitage Café in Nashville, where they did their first photo shoot back in the ‘90s.
Band members Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus, and Joe Don Rooney work (and sing) behind the counter and in the parking lot while actress Kristy Swanson and comedian Kevin Farley — yes, he’s the brother of the late Chris Farley — live out a fantasy life.
The video is dedicated to Andrew Dorff, the song’s co-writer, who died in December at 40.
“We are so honoured to be a small part of making sure his legacy lives on,” DeMarcus said in a press release in early January.
“Yours If You Want It” is from Rascal Flatt’s 10th studio album, Back to Us, which comes out May 19.
