Sam Smith paid tribute to his “favourite artist of all time,” George Michael in the U.K. on Friday.
During a performance on Radio 1 Live Lounge, along with many of his own singles, Smith covered Alicia Keys’ “Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart” followed by Michael’s classic “Father Figure,” with a short bridge of the late pop icon’s single “Faith” intertwined.
