Shawn Mendes got soaked Thursday while doing a karaoke challenge on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The 20-year-old Canadian singer played a game called “Slay It, Don’t Spray It,” in which he and Fallon took turns finishing lyrics to pop songs at risk of getting sprayed in the face. It didn't go well.

Earlier, Mendes told Fallon that sharing the stage with Justin Timberlake at last weekend’s iHeartRadio Music Festival was “the coolest thing of my entire life.”
He said: “It’s really rare that he brings people on stage, so he must really like me.”
Mendes also reflected on what wasn't the coolest moment of his life – his now-viral fall at a summer music festival in Quebec City. The singer said he was trying to impress Dave Grohl, who was standing at the side of the stage.
“I look like I’ve never jumped in my life,” Mendes joked after Fallon showed the clip.
Mendes also performed “Lost in Japan” on the show. Earlier in the day, he debuted a new mix of the song by Zedd. Listen to it below:
