Canadian rock band Sum 41 paid tribute to the late Chester Bennington on Saturday by covering “Faint” – with a little help from Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda.
Frontman Deryck Whibley sang Bennington’s parts on the 2003 Linkin Park song.
As the song faded out, Whibley said: “Chester, we miss you.”
Bennington died in July 2017 by suicide. He was 41.
Sum 41 has had "Faint' on thier set list at previous shows, including at the Quebec City Summer Festival. They also covered Queen’s “We Will Rock You” at the Reading Festival and performed some of their own hits, including “Fat Lip.”
Shinoda performed a solo set just before Sum 41. Both acts will perform Sunday at the Leeds Festival.
