Alex Goldschmidt gave his fiancé Ross Girard an engagement party surprise he will always remember: Taylor Swift.
Saturday at the Sycamore Tavern in West Hollywood, the associate director of L.A.-based Digital Media Management brought out the pop superstar.
“Alex emailed me and said he was going to do this,” Swift explained, "and that there was a song that was really special for you two called ‘King of My Heart.'
“This is from Alex, but sung by me…”
Swift, playing an acoustic guitar, then sang the song from her reputation album that was playing in Goldschmidt’s car when he decided to pop the question.
“I can’t thank Taylor enough for wanting to help make this day so special,” he shared on Instagram, along with pics and video clips of the special moment.
One caption read: “She came, she sang, I’m dead.”
