Taylor Swift premiered her video for "Delicate" during Sunday night's iHeartRadio Music Awards, after accepting the award for Female Artist of the Year.
The video shows Swift dancing around famous L.A. landmarks like the Biltmore Hotel and the Los Angeles Theatre, seemingly unnoticeable by everyone around her.
Although the pop singer kept the project completely a secret prior to its release, director Joseph Kahn teased some insight before the big reveal:
"It's going to be unexpected and it's going to be grand," Kahn said, in a statement, while promoting his Grand Marnier campaign. "The need is love and the expression of it. And it's not about flowers. People have been sending me ideas, and generally it's like flowers, or pink dresses or blue skies. And those are all the things you'd think you'd want in a video, but they wouldn't fill what you need out of a song like that."
