Two members of Indonesian rock band Seventeen is dead and another is missing after water crashed ashore during a private beach concert on Saturday.
The group had just finished performing a song in front of a crowd of utility company workers and their families when the tsunami struck.
According to reports, bass player M. Awal ‘Bani' Purbani and drummer Windu Andi Darmawan died along with the band’s road manager Oki Wijaya.
Guitarist Herman Sikumbang and the wife of lead singer Riefian Fajarsyah were missing, as well as a crew member. As many as 29 people who were watching the concert also died.
Fajarsyah posted an emotional video on Instagram in which he said others associated with the band suffered broken bones and other injuries.
Seventeen, which formed in 1999, has released six albums.
The Indonesian tsumani, which was triggered by a volcanic eruption, has killed at least 222 people and left more than 800 missing, according to The Associated Press.
