Drew Taggart and Alex Pall, aka The Chainsmokers, are still riding high on the Billboard Hot 100 with their Halsey-assisted "Closer" and Daya-featured "Don't Let Me Down."
Earlier this week, one YouTuber named Dan Newbie unleashed a cover of the former that sure rivals the original EDM banger.
For his two-minute cover, Newbie gets some help from his girlfriend, who shows off some sparse vocals throughout the performance, and some handy wine glasses, beer bottles, pots and pans. He's previously covered hits like Darude's "Sandstorm," Ellie Goulding's "Burn" and Ariana Grande's "Bang Bang."
