How did Canada's biggest music stars celebrate New Year's Eve?
After vacationing in Barbados, Justin Bieber celebrated the end of his Purpose-fully amazing year at the Fontainebleau resort in Miami Beach, Florida.

Bieber also brought out an acoustic guitar to sing "Cold Water" and "Love Yourself."
Drake kicked off 2017 on stage at the Hakkasan Las Vegas Nightclub in the MGM Grand, where the crowd of fans celebrating with him included Jennifer Lopez.
An hour after the midnight toast, Toronto’s Champagne Papi put on a 40-minute show that included his tracks “Fake Love” and “Hotline Bling.”

Drake told the crowd: “Doesn’t matter where you’re from tonight, we all here tonight we all family. This is for each and every one of you. I wish you more blessings, I wish you more love, I wish you more health, I wish you more wealth, and most importantly, I wish you more life to 2017 as well!”
Drake’s fellow 6er, The Weeknd, rang in the new year with a show across the street inside the Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan (where you may recall Drake rang in 2015).
On Instagram, The Weeknd shared a photo taken just before he hit the stage and also posted some video clips from his first performance of 2017.

It is believed that Shawn Mendes spent New Year’s Eve with his family at home near Toronto — but no doubt they tuned in to see his performance of “Mercy” on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest. It, like all of the show's Hollywood segments, was taped back in November.
Mendes shared a NYE message with fans on Twitter.
