Willie Nelson is alive and well.
Following a slew of recent tabloid rumours that the country legend’s health was deteriorating, a rep for Willie recently spoke out to clear up the speculation.
“He’s perfectly fine,” the Texas native’s publicist tells The Associated Press.
The death rumors began after the singer backed out of a string of shows in January 2017 while battling a severe cold.
But he’s “On the Road Again”!
Willie most recently played for 75,000 people at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo at NRG Stadium, while his next scheduled performance is at the upcoming Blackbird Presents An All-Star Concert Celebration Sing Me Back Home: The Music of Merle Haggard tribute concert in Nashville.
The concert will take place April 6 at Bridgestone Arena.
