YUNGBLUD broke the news to fans on Wednesday that he is cancelling his Vancouver concert on Friday night.

“I’m stranded in the UK,” the singer said, in a video message shared on social media. “My passport got [stolen] by some idiot."

As a result, shows in Vancouver, Seattle and Portland have been scrapped.

“I’ve been trying my best to make everything work,” YUNGBLUD said. “I promise I will make it up to you.”

The 21-year-old said refunds will be provided and there is a plan in place to compensate fans who booked long-distance travel to get to one of the three cities affected.

YUNGBLUD is expected to resume his Don't Wanna Be A Loser tour in San Francisco on June 18. He is scheduled to appear at RBC Bluesfest in Ottawa on July 5 and in Montreal on July 6.
