Future Star - Powfu

Bursting out of the lo-fi hip hop scene is up and coming artist Powfu, a bedroom producer hailing from Vancouver, Canada. Powfu is known for his somber and lo-fi, chill music. Powfu’s hit song “Death Bed” features UK breakout star Beabadoobee and was produced by Otterpop.

In Canada, “Death Bed” has amassed over 3.4 million streams, growing to nearly 1 million streams this week. “Death Bed" has already amassed over 57M combined streams worldwide. In the Spotify Charts in 48 markets and is on the Spotify Viral charts in 64 Markets. “Death Bed” is growing at a rapid pace on Tik Tok with over 1.5M videos created on the platform.

Beabadoobee was recently nominated for the Rising Star Award at the 2020 Brit Awards, as well as predicted by the BBC as a breakthrough act of 2020 in their annual poll of music critics. She’ll be supporting the 1975 on the UK leg of their tour this year
