Tekashi 6ix9ine Gets Prison Release Date


Tekashi 6ix9ine has received his prison release date. Complex has reported that according to the Bureau of Prison inmate locator has the rapper will be released on August 2nd, 2020.  His lawyer Lance Lazzaro confirmed the date to Complex.

Back in December, Tekashi was sentenced to two years -- after he was originally facing 47 years to life on racketeering and firearm charges. 6ix9ine has already served 16 months, which will count towards his sentence. 

The rapper cooperated with federal prosecutors by testifying against members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. As a result, his former gang affiliates Anthony "Harv" Ellison and Aljermia "Nuke" Mack have been convicted.

When Six9ine is release, he will be on supervised release for five years and will have to complete 300 hours of community service and pay a $35,000 fine.
