NIAGARA CENTRE | Vance Badawey wins the race

The voters in Niagara Centre decided to stay the course as they re-elected Liberal MP Vance Badawey.

Badawey started his career as a City Councillor in Port Colborne in 1994, and later served as Mayor.

He was first elected as MP for the riding in 2015, beating rival NDP candidate Malcolm Allen.

Badawey faced stiff competition with Allen running against him once again.

Wainfleet Mayor April Jeffs ran for the Conservative party.
