Photographer Granted Exclusive Access Inside KGH


He admits it was an emotional, life-changing experience.

Kelowna photographer Darren Hull was granted exclusive access inside Kelowna General Hospital for two days in May.  His mission: to capture the faces of those behind the masks giving their all during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Darren worked alongside KGH Foundation Communications Director Shauna Nyrose for this compelling campaign.  The resulting portraits, biographies and stories are being dubbed ‘Humans of KGH’ and have been turned into a fundraising effort called the ‘We See You’ campaign.
