Popular Haunted House Hits the Road for Halloween


The good folks behind one of our cities most popular haunted houses have had to shift their plans because of COVID-19.  The always popular Grenfell Haunted House will take its screams and scares on the road this year. 

For the past several years, creator Paul Coxe and his friends have been making a name for the haunted house located at 945 Grenfell Road. In addition to scaring the bejeezus out of kids and adults alike, organizers have used the event to fundraise for the food bank.  Last year alone, they raised over $15K in cash and food. 

This year, due to the pandemic, organizers have decided to turn the Haunted House into parade to help maintain physical distancing and keep everyone safe. Plus they've chosen a new charity of choice.

We spoke with Pauls' good friend Clarence Johnson to get all the details:
