Lil Nas X Reacts To Rapper's Homophobic Rant

Lil Nas X wasn’t about to let hate and ignorance get him down after riding high at the Grammy Awards with a pair of wins for “Old Town Road” and a performance of the track.

Atlanta rapper Pastor Troy posted a photo of Lil Nas X in his hot pink Atelier Versace outfit along with a homophobic rant.

“Welp, Guess I won’t be winning a GRAMMY…If this what I gotta wear,” Troy captioned the pic in his since-deleted Instagram post.

The 42-year-old, whose real name is Micah Troy, launched into a vitriolic attack on LGBTQ people. “They love to push this s**t on Our Kids!!”

Troy said it made him happy to hear his 14-year-old son curse Applebees after they saw “some punks kissing and laughing eating mozzarella sticks.”

He explained: “He sees it… their agenda to take the masculinity from Men, Black Men Especially … Y’all Better open that 3rd Eye and let your Sons Know What Is Real…Or They Ass Gone Be Headed Down That Old Town Road Foreal!!”

Instead of taking the bait, Lil Nas X responded: “damn i look good in that pic on god.”

On Twitter, people were quick to go at Troy.

“Pastor Troy cracked his knuckles and typed that long message to let us know his breaking point is 2 men enjoying mozzarella sticks. Lmao,” one person tweeted.

“Ask anyone under 30 who pastor troy is,” tweeted another.

Early Thursday, Troy posted a message on Instagram: “The Only X I Respect Is Malcolm…"
