The City of Fredericton, Saint Mary's First Nation and the province are partnering to celebrate the end of COVID-19 restrictions on New Brunswick Day, August 2nd.

Fredericton Mayor Kate Rogers, Saint Mary's First Nation Chief Alan Polchies, Ministers Jill Green and Dominc Cardy and MLA David Coon will kick off events with a welcome ceremony at noon on the Green between the Beaverbrook Art Gallery and the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge.

The City and Saint Mary's First Nation will host events from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

The province will host an official ceremony of remembrance and celebration at the Legislature at 3 p.m.
